Delivery Models |
Ramco OnDemand ERP is made available to you through three optional delivery models. |
| I. Cloud-based |
| The entire Ramco OnDemand ERP suite will be available to you in the form of a service. The application would be hosted in a central hosting environment with fully-equipped data centre with disaster recovery facility, conforming to world class IT and security standards like ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2000, KPMG Maturity Level 5 of the Capability Maturity Model Integrated Software Discipline and Ernst & Young Software Certification for Financial Applications. All the upgrades and updates to the product would be made available to you periodically. |
| II. On Premise |
| In this model of delivery, Ramco OnDemand ERP would be made available to you on your premises, without you having to worry about the upgrades and updates to the software, which will be managed by us. You would need to buy the server and other hardware separately, and also take care of data security and server maintenance. Ramco will provide the product updates. |
